Monday Mar 15, 2021
Monday Mar 15, 2021
It is said that our choices in life have made us who we are. My friend Dieter Jansen has written a great book - Decision Point - with stories of his life and decisions he made. He joins me on the podcast and explains how the book is structured and we discuss some of the questions he poses like:
Do we play to win or PLAY NOT TO LOSE?
Do we respect all or some people?
Do we want to be popular or hold our principles?
I hope you enjoy it and please leave any comments, questions or suggest topics for future podcasts.

Ksenia is in that group and you can hear her passion for learning and self improvement in this podcast. She goes through things that she has done which helped keep her not only on track but moving ahead in 2020.

#8 Leadership Lessons from the Mental Health sector
Monday Feb 15, 2021
Monday Feb 15, 2021
It was a pleasure to talk to Dean Harries about how he became a leader in the health sector. We met a few years ago on a train journey from Wales to London: I was going to the airport to fly home and he was going for a job interview and we have stayed in touch every since. He talks about:
His lost teenage years
How to lead a team of experts when not an expert
How learning about yourself can help you understand others
I am sure that what he says will resonate with many.

Monday Feb 08, 2021

I talk about mindset and how it could be the right job and you don't realise it or you could be using your weaker skills to do it and it is always better to find a role that plays to your strengths.
I love to read all of your comments and feel free to suggest a topic for a podcast. Next week we will have a guest 🥂
