Tonight I give my thoughts on a question from one of my listeners. How do you know if you are in the right job?
I talk about mindset and how it could be the right job and you don't realise it or you could be using your weaker skills to do it and it is always better to find a role that plays to your strengths.

Jill, very satisfied with this podcast which is giving us (me at least!!) the answers whether I am in the right job! 🤗 I love the example of the cleaning lady at the hospital. Find meaning in what you do - meaning will give you a sense to what you are doing!
