I have been going through John Maxwell's 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth with the Aspiring Leaders Group and thought I would share my thoughts on the law of Environment. You (like an acorn) can only thrive if you are in the right place.
Have you known people who do really well in one team and then when they transfer, they seem to go downhill fast? Or maybe you have had that, or the opposite, experience? It is all to do with the Environment, particularly the people around you.
