As we continue with the book, The 4 Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz we come to the 3rd. Don't make Assumptions.
Assumptions can cause conflicts and pain and the author says the world would be better if we made the agreement not to make assumptions about anything. To quote my favourite book of the moment, Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine, 'who knows if it is good or bad?'
When did you last make an assumption? How could you have viewed it differently? What plan can you have when you notice that you have made an assumption?
