It is said that our choices in life have made us who we are. My friend Dieter Jansen has written a great book - Decision Point - with stories of his life and decisions he made. He joins me on the podcast and explains how the book is structured and we discuss some of the questions he poses like:

A very interesting episode, how decisions make us and the importance they have on the direction that our life takes us. Being aware of the power of our decisions and critically reflect on that can be very helpful from what I understood.
